Come work with us.

We hire for warmth and pay above market on purpose. Prior cannabis dispensary experience is required. Applications are paused right now while we sort through the ones we've already received.

Why The Vault

Above-market pay, on purpose

Happy people give better advice, and better advice is our whole business. The pay reflects that.

Paid training, our way

You bring the dispensary experience. We train you, paid, on our products, our compliance rules, and how we take care of people.

Independent & family-run

We answer to our community, not a corporate chain. The work you do here is seen and it matters.

Grow with us

We promote from within. Budtenders become leads; leads become managers as we grow across South Jersey.

Applications are paused.

We've paused the application process at the moment as we sort through current applicants. Check back here — this is where applications will reopen.
